Welcome to the practice of Yoga Nidra,
where we work to uncover our limiting beliefs stored deep within our subconscious mind.
By introducing our Sankalpa, we can introduce healthy & positive patterns with great transformation possible. Sankalpa is our personal resolve - whatever it may be that has been holding you back is shifted into a positive affirmation and planted into the absorbant alpha brain state, where real transformation can begin.
New to yoga nidra? All that you need to do in this class is remain comfortable enough to lay in stillness and follow a guided meditation. Whether you're interested in spiritual growth or purely for the physical benefits, yoga nidra can be a magical practice not only for the body, but for the soul.
