About the Event

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deeply restful & restorative practice.

A regular practice in Yoga Nidra helps promotes deep rest & relaxation that isn't found in your average meditation practice.

The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to many benefits, including supporting adrenal fatigue, chronic pain, anxiety & stress, insomnia & pain management.

Just 1 hour of Yoga Nidra practice can give the benefits of 4 hours of restful sleep!

Bring along your "nidra kit" (heavy blanket, 2 pillows & anything else to sink into absolute comfort)

You may like earbuds for virtual practice.
