About the Event

Each week has been a little different experience... tonight's class completes this series with a special focus on sleep and how we can use our yoga to invite a deeper more relaxing quality sleep.  (Totally acceptable to wear your jammies!) 

We will enjoy a slow, mindful practice to bring the nervous system into a restful state.  Focusing on the lymphatic system to help improve flow, release stuck energy and ending with meditative savasana bliss!

This class is for Every. Body.

Experienced or new yogis welcome.
