About the Event
Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga which focuses on long holds, targeting fascia, ligaments, muscles & joints for deep release. It can help improve flexibility and manage stress.
We will often use studio props including blocks & straps. Please bring a bolster or a firm cushion (2 pillows in 1 pillow case can also work).
