~ Walk across the coals in a Transformational Firewalk Ceremony
~ Sit in Sacred Circle with like-minded women as we connect with our Elemental Spirits and welcome the energies of Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Spirit
~ Be guided in Meditation by the beat of the Buffalo Drum
~ Be enveloped in the healing of the Crystal Bowls soundbath
~ Naked Restorative Yoga (amount of clothing is totally up to you, come fully clothed or set that yoni free! follow your heart my loves!)
