About the Event

Each week has been a little different experience... tonight's class completes this series with a special focus on sleep and how we can use our yoga to invite a deeper more relaxing quality sleep.  (Totally acceptable to wear your jammies!) We'll end with a juicy savasana!

This class is for Every. Body. 

Experienced or new yogis welcome.

We work on releasing tension, leaving lighter & refreshed.

We will use a variety of props:

  • blocks
  • bolster
  • strap
  • therapy balls

Bring what you have, and don't worry if you don't have everything.  

There are balls & blocks available to borrow.

Every class is in-studio as well as on Zoom, so if your schedule is unexpectedly crazy, you can join in from home live, or use the recorded link that is sent out after class.
