About the Event

A beautiful gift of rest & reset to begin your week.  

Create a beautiful nurturing space with plush blankets & pillows, soft lighting.  You can even do this class in your bed!

The timing is intentionally later in the evening so you may drift off to sleep, using this class as your sleep inducer.

Can't we all use more sleep?

Yoga nidra helps to systematically soothe the layers of the body so that you can deep into the regenerative brain states, inviting rest.

If you wish to take the practice deeper, yoga nidra can begin to shift deeply held limiting beliefs back into the truth of your truest potential.  In the alpha brain state, we can use your personal affirmation, our "I am" statement known as Sankalpa to shift these beliefs.

This is a sacred practice of consciousness.
