This special event meant to slow the senses, calm the mind and nourish the body. Cozy in to softness, curl up with a blanket & pillow, enjoy the warmth from the fire and be guided along a journey of deep rest & discovery. Allow the mind to travel through the five layers of self, rotating consciousness through the physcial layer of the body, moving into the layer of breath, deeper to the emotion layer to reveal the wisdom layer and then allowing the healing vibrational sound of the crystal bowls to transport you through the bliss layer of anandamayakosha.
