ROLL & RESTORE YOGA in the EE System

This isn't your regular yoga class!

2 hours of healing energy held in the beautiful new Realize Your Magic Energy Enhancement (EE) System in Aldersyde.

We begin with an hour of releasing connective tissues using therapy balls (supplied).   This feels like a self-massage session allowing your body to release tight muscles as we target the fascia.  You may even melt into a deep sleep afterwards.

Settle in for a hour long savasana which can be on your yoga mat or in one of the many recliner & zero-gravity chairs, memory foam bed or loungers.  This is a beautiful time to integrate your yoga practice into rest and receive all the benefiits of the Energy Enhancement system.  The room will be restful and dimly lit with salt lamps.

8-9pm - Savasana

$50 per class (drop in when available)

What is fascia rolling?
