About the Event
The perfect practice to do in the comfot of your own home. Join me online as we invite the body to come into rest with deeply restorative postures, using a pillow or bolster. Allowing the nervous system to come down, balanced we then end in a meditative practice of yoga nidra.
Coaxing the body into a relaxed state can aid in sleep quality, lowering cortisol levels and reducing stress.
