About the Event

Yoga Nidra, often called ”yogic sleep,” is a powerful practice that invites the body into profound rest while the mind remains gently aware.


Through guided relaxation, breath, and visualization, you are led into a state between waking and sleeping. This is where the nervous system can settle, stress can dissolve, and clarity can naturally arise.


This is a great class to learn the teachings of yoga nidra, how it can help rewire the body into rest and deep sleep, and many physical benefits from pain management and injury recovery.


The deeper layer of yoga nidra offers a journey into the subconscious to stir the deeply held beliefs that have been holding us from our truest potential. By sinking into the alpha brain state and calling in your sankalpa, true shift is available. All that is required is an open mind & open heart.
