Restorative Yoga Training 40 Hour CE

Join us in an immersive dive into the practice of restorative yoga.  This training will deepen your own practice and expand your scope as teacher.  Now, more than ever, there is a need for restorative yoga.  From athletic recovery & injury prevention to supporting the nervous system for maintaining stress levels.

This training is for students and yoga teachers.  Students can deepen their personal experience of the practice.  Teachers will learn indepth tools for sharing this beautiful practice with their students.  

You will learn all facets of the practice with plenty of hands-on opportunities.

40 hour intensive training schedule:

3 Hours: Friday, Sep.29th  6-9pm

8 Hours: Saturday, Sep.30th  8-4pm

8 Hours: Sunday, Oct.1st  8-4pm

7 Hours: Home Practice

3 Hours: Homework

3 Hours: Self Reading

8 Hours: Saturday, Oct.14th 8-4 (* For teacher certification only)

Props will be available for use. 

It is highly recommended that students also bring their own:

* Bolster

* Blocks

* Strap

* Sit cushion/foam chip block

* Blanket
