About the Event
Yoga is back this summer!
Come join me for some fun & yoga outside!
We'll meet at the park for some movement, mindfulness & breathing. Suitable for ages 2-6, but all ages welcome. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.
Did you know that yoga for kids, even at a young age, can help with:

-emotional regulation
-self-esteem
-body awareness & mindfulness
-concentration & memory
-strength & flexibility
This will be fun, no expectations, kids will be kids.
Our only goal is to have fun!
