How does gathering by the river to enjoy a yoga class together, then if you feel called, take a plunge in the river sound?
Nice to bring:
* mat (or blanket, your mat will get dirty)
* water bottle
* bathing suit & towel (for after class)
This class is for all levels. Plenty of variations are given.
