Want to get on your yoga mat but finding the time tricky to get into the studio?
Online yoga might be a great solution for you!
Two ways to join me:
1 - Join live Mondays at 7pm Mountain Time
or
2 - Use the recording that will be emailed to you each week to use as much as you wish.
This is a great option when winter weather hits and you'd rather stay cozy at home. For those who may have little kids and can't leave home, this may just be the best of both worlds.
Some yogis prefer to have the privacy of their own home - you get to choose if you want your camera on or off.
Online can also be a great way to connect friends & familiy that live farther apart - make your yoga time your connect time.
Some things to know: This is a Zoom session while I'm teaching a live class. My video skills are not top notch by any means, but the feedback I hear from my online students is that it works for them. You can chat with me live and ask questions as you wish. The recording link will be emailed within 24 hours of class. It will expire after a week.
What style of yoga?
Hips & hamstrings is the name of the class. It is a mix of gentle hatha and yin yoga, some standing poses with some strength building and lots of stretching to help release tight muscles. You may even find you sleep better, who doesn't want that? Plenty of pose variations are offered to work with wherever your body is at. If you have any concerns, message me prior to class so that I can help you get the most out of your class time.
How does this work?
Once you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email that has the Zoom link that you will need to join in live Monday nights. If you will be using your phone or iPad, you can install the Zoom app to make it seamless.
