Whether you're new to yoga, or would to learn ways how to make your practice work in body, this class is for you. We'll work on foundation poses & how you can get the most out of your time on your mat. Open to any. body. your
A welcoming environment, no experience necessary. Seasoned yogis can benefit by learning form & ways to challenge their practice.
Bring whatever yoga props you may have, but not necessary. There will be a few to borrow.
