About the Event
Unleash your inner wild woman and reclaim your whole body during a private, dimly lit class filled with empowering cues, body sovereignty, and the opportunity to shed physical, mental, and emotional layers.
During this women's only class you will be led to reflect on patterning and shame that becomes locked in the body, bringing awareness and healing to old stories that you have inherited, learned and adopted as truth that are no longer necessary.
All cues will be optional, go at your own pace, and with no anticipation of an outcome. You are Queen of your body and space.
