We are so happy to be back in person, we missed you!
Join Tamara for a class which will focus on creating space in the hips, the pelvis, the low back and working into the hamstrings to enable more ease of movement. We often use wall space & props such as blocks, strap & pillow/bolster.
A regular commitment to this practice will help you gain flexibility & ease in the hamstrings and hips.
This 4 week series will be limited in size, please register on the link.
