About the Event
Join Tamara as we focus on creating space in the hips, the pelvis, the low back and working into the hamstrings to enable more ease of movement. Longer holds & breath work will invite release into the lower body.
A regular commitment to this practice will help you gain flexibility & ease in the hamstrings and hips.
