About the Event

Welcome back to the studio, getting back into routine and back to our mats.

A great way to kick off your week, easing the body into longer holds, allowing greater mobility & release.

Our Hips & Hams class is open to all bodies, all abilities - we work with where your body is at.  Many of us haven't been on our mats in a while - we get it! We are just happy to be back, practicing with you in person.

We will use 2 blocks, bolster, therapy balls & strap often.  If you don't have all of these props, there will be a few items to borrow.

Please arrive atleast 10 mintues before class begins, doors will be locked by 7:25pm.

All classes are recorded on Zoom & sent out.  Always an option to join in live on Zoom as you need,


  • Drop-in class Hips & Hams

    Drop-in for a class in-studio. You'll also get a recording of the class emailed to you so you can practice all week. Always an option to join in live on Zoom if you prefer.
