Dress up & have fun with black light yoga & a rockin' playlist! Longer holds, deep stretches, allowing more mobility and ease in the hips & legs. Our aim is to have fun & have you moving better. Love to practice with you!
Wear light bright colours.
Time will be given to get creative with tattoos & body paint (available to use).
