Our last Funky Friday of the summer! Fun tunes, flow movements and lots of fun, We'll be outdoor every chance we get unless weather moves us inside the studio. This is a class for everyone - the only requirement is to have fun!

Join us back in-studio, with real people!
We will be outside whenever possible - moving inside the studio when it's too hot or weather isn't cooperating.
On Fridays we get a little funky out there, we'd love you to join us, let loose on your Friday and get ready for the weekend
