Parents and children are invited to connect through a fun and playful yoga class designed for all ages—from the very young to the young-at-heart!
This special session is an opportunity for families to move, breathe, and bond together in the love of yoga. The class is structured to be engaging and lighthearted, incorporating movement, breathwork, and interactive elements that make it accessible for everyone.
Cost & Registration:
This event is priced $25 per family, not per individual, so you can enjoy the experience together! Mats are available to use.
