Journey with me in the sacred practice of yoga nidra and embody both your feminine & masculine energies. Uniting the yin & yang to channel your energy forward on your path. Giving yourself permission to allow what comes.
A deeply nourishing restorative to bring the nervous system into rest. Then drift into the ethers of yoga nidra.
Gathering in person for 1 or all Sunday evenings, with the option of practicing from home remotely via Zoom.
