About the Event
Are you wondering if you're following the poses correctly? This is a great class to rewrite those "bad habits" and get back to the basics. Perfect for the newbies too, welcoming class where we aim to learn & have fun!
Whether you're new to yoga, or would to learn ways how to make your practice work in your body, this class is for you. We'll work on foundation poses & how you can get the most out of your time on your mat. Open to any. body. Everyone is welcome.
A welcoming environment, no experience necessary. Seasoned yogis can benefit by fine-tuning form & ways to challenge their practice.
Over the next 6 weeks we will learn some basic poses, how to align your body and leave feeling confident & with less stress.
Bring whatever yoga props you may have, but not necessary. There will be a few to borrow.
Great things to eventually add to your bag:
* yoga mat
* 2 blocks (dollar store!)
* strap (belt from your bath robe works great)
* 2 therapy balls (lacrosse balls)
Class will also be available on Zoom for those unnable to make it into studio. A recording will be emailed after class to use for the week.
