This will be a deeply nourishing evening focusing on rest, replenishing the body, the mind and the soul.

On this April new moon in Aries, the season is ripe for settling intention & purpose, with the vibration of love.

Let's settle in, welcome rest at the deepest level.

We will work with your sankalpa, your intention. This is where a true shift can take place.  Time to release those old narratives we play in our mind. Rewriting them with the truth of who you are, at your very core.  It's time to return to the real you.  Who you've always been, but may have forgotten.  Remind your heart that you are whole, just as your are.  Sankalpa is different from affirmation.  You may have worked with affirmations, telling yourself "I am enough", "I am abundant".... etc.  The difference with affirmation is it is done while fully awake and in the beta brain state.  With Sankalpa, the brain is in a highly absorbent alpha state.  This is where the magic happens!

Join in from  home & create a cozy, nurturing space. A few deeply restorative postures, feeling held & supported. Coaxing our nervous system into ease. Settling in for a deep savasana with a guided visualization as the brain steps into the healing alpha state.

This is your chance to practice in your bed if you wish!

Set-up a cozy space to cocoon in, some things you may wish to have:

• blanket
• 2-3 pillows
• eye pillow
• candles, essential oils
• brew tea for reawaken
• headphones
• second device to play music if you choose
• rose quartz crystal
