A short meditation for little ones before bedtime, with the option of drifting off to sleep at the end.

 

Working on releasing the body's tension before moving into the slower alpha brain state. Set up your little one with a soothing bedtime routine, then once in bed play this audio to soothe them into relaxing sleep mode. Ambient music plays for 10 minutes after the meditation is complete.
