I ran this journal program a few years back & am craving commitment for my own journal practice. So I'm offering it again, this time it will be free. All you need to do is commit to yourself for 30 days - it's very doable with only a few minutes daily. Each day you'll be prompted to journal on a question. Don't worry if you miss a day, you can always catch up on your own pace. This will be a journey to discover more about yourself and where you would like to be. It is private and for your eyes only. You won't be asked to share or post anything, unless you want to reach out. Any time I have felt stagnant or needing guidance, journaling has helped me work through it. It has been my therapy. It helps me process emotions and to dream - BIG! If this calls to you, I would be honoured to have you join and share with someone you think would benefit from it.
